Las Olas at Bahia Beach Resort Rio Grande, PR
Las Olas is a high end development, providing ,within a single unit, two(2) luxury villas. As with Las Verandas, we had to deal with the sensitivities of privacy and proximity.
On the north side of the development and mimicking the name of Las Olas(The Waves), plantings of common grasses where arranged in a wavelike pattern, which separates the villas’ pool area from the adjacent beach conditions. These create a transition between the traffic of beach goers and villa residents.
