PRIDCO Main Office Roosevelt Ave, San Juan, PR

LCD was warded the contract for redesign and construction of new landscapes, irrigation and landscape lighting at the Puerto Rico Ingustrial Development Company(PRIDCO) offices, located at the Roosevelt Ave. in San Juan. The exterior areas, courtyard and atrium areas were almost completely redone and accomodate to the late 1970s formal architecture while holding true to the islands tropical setting.

Still today and and nearly three(3) years after its completion, LCD is still tasked with the maintenance of the landscape areas which speaks to our nature of cultivating long term relationships.
